  The food is always good, but I waited in the drive through for over 20 min, and I was one of only two cars at the time!!! I love KFC, BUT there is no excuse for it taking so long. If they hadn't already taken my money, KFC would have lost my business to the McDonald's across the street that I counted 17 cars go through while I waited. Also, this was at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon, so there should have been an abundance of employees on the clock to fill my order. I'm not one to complain, but this has happened to me every time I have visited this KFC for months. There is always a "now hiring" sign posted at this location so I must assume that this store has a problem keeping employees, but that should NEVER effect customer service. Whatever the problem, get it together Burgaw KFC...or this loyal customer is going to have to reassess our long standing relationship!!!

  The nastiest KFC I have ever been in.. All of the tables were dirty though no one was in there. Food was greasy and awful.... will NEVER go near there again
